SPARKGAP Application Gateway
The SPARKGAP Application Gateway provides web, mobile web and telephone access to key SPARKGAP features.
The SPARKGAP Application Gateway adds voice messaging, web messaging, and web administration to a SPARKGAP system. Authorized users can send messages and view response status in real time, leave phone messages, monitor incident alerts, and manage their mobile devices and voice mailboxes. Authorized administrators can configure mobile device programming, assign aliases, and set group membership, either globally or by agency/department.
Messaging Module
The Messaging Module allows authorized users to transmit messages to individuals or groups and see responses in near real-time.

ResponseView Module
The ResponseView module tracks calls, dispatches, and responses, displaying active incident status on wall monitors and on live mobile web pages. Incident commanders can access this information using their PC or mobile device, increasing their situation awareness and helping them to make decisions regarding mutual aid, fill-ins, second calls, recalls, and other possible tactical actions. ResponseView also displays general responder status (e.g., “in service,” “out of service,” etc.) based on first responders selection using their pager.

Management Module
The Management Module enables authorized users to configure and control users, mobile devices, mobile groups, aliases, and agencies.

Voice Module
The Voice Module allows callers to leave voice messages and send touchtone pages. Each alias may have an optional voice mailbox, a phone number and optional extension used to send pages and leave messages using the telephone.
